Review - Zookeeper

Ah dear, Kevin James when will you stop making this kind of film.
I like you as an actor, I really do but this kind of thing is just so bad and it has to stop.
They say never to work with children or animals, however there should be a caveat on this one - Never work with animals that have human voices - ever! In fact I propose a blanket ban on films where animals can talk. It is never funny bar one or two good lines.

A quick breakdown of the abysmal and so predictable plot -
A group of zoo animals decide to break their code of silence in order to help their lovable zoo keeper find love -- without opting to leave his current job for something more illustrious.
The thread on this plot tyre is worn right down, so much so that it is riding on the rims, causing a horrible scraping sound as the film limps along.
The part of the film I did like was when Griffin Keyes (James) takes a job as a high pressure, luxury car salesman, it was the best part of the film by far and that kind of role is the one that James should be exploring later down the track.

Grown-Ups flashback

Rosairo Dawson is under used but does look like she is having fun, ultimately though the film comes down to the gorilla sequence.
Griffin takes a talking gorilla out to a restaurant, where it ends up slow dancing with a girl. Enough said.
